To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously.

Love this Mac and Cheese - go tell everyone about it!

awesome stuff

Easy, Delicious, and Adaptable

It's delicious just making it the normal way, and with a little extra work, it gets even better. I highly recommend throwing in some diced jalapeños with the noodles and water, some spices (garlic and cumin), a bunch o extra cheese, and some assorted vegetables. To make it extra fancy you can even put a layer of cheese and breadcrumbs on top and bake it for a few minutes!

Always put green chile in my mac and cheese- this is perfect and so easy to make with just water. I even made macaroni salad with it for a bbq party with neighbors. I made two bags and cooled down thwn added cheese packet with mayo and sourcream- delicious / first thing gone at bbq :)
