Hatch Red Chile, Garlic, Cheddar Mac and Cheese

We never start a camping trip without our FishSki breakfast and dinner kits. We love the green and red chili mac & cheese… But the grits with green chili is amazing! The best breakfast ever.
I’ve made the grits with shrimp and eggs to rave reviews! I even use these kits at home to help me out at meal time.
I was recently traveling in New Mexico and was so happy to find FishSki in the local markets… I wish you were in the local markets around Lake Tahoe, where I live. Such a great product and I usually order in bulk from you guys. Getting ready to head off to Alaska in the spring, so will be ordering soon. I love you guys!

I found this at a local grocery on clearance and now wish I would have bought the few other packs left. I bought it for a “broke meal” deal and it ended up tasting amazing. I love how the noodles cooked perfect and the seasoning was all there as well. I added some leftover grilled chicken. Going to go ahead and order the big package.

Love the FishSki Red Chile, goes great with just about any protein, especially grilled chicken. It is really mild so have served at bbqs with neighbors - we've even had neighbors toddler eat and enjoy
