To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously.

I found this at a local grocery on clearance and now wish I would have bought the few other packs left. I bought it for a “broke meal” deal and it ended up tasting amazing. I love how the noodles cooked perfect and the seasoning was all there as well. I added some leftover grilled chicken. Going to go ahead and order the big package.

Love the FishSki Red Chile, goes great with just about any protein, especially grilled chicken. It is really mild so have served at bbqs with neighbors - we've even had neighbors toddler eat and enjoy
